After reviving the iconic Nokia 3310 in 2017, a new report sugests that HMD is bringing back the Nokia Express Music feature phone. This was reveal by popular Chinese regulatory agency TENAA displaying a feature phone with a model number TA-1212. The device sports the Express Music phone-like design, a bar phone with a splash of red guiding the screen from both sides.
The supposed Nokia Express music feature phone offers the basic functionalities you’d expect on a feature phone but the report claims that this device will not be powered by KaiOS which makes it sound odd but we still would love to see what the device will be made of.

The feature phone a 2.4-inch display with 240 x 320 pixels of resolution. It houses a 0.36GHz single-core processor with just 8MB of RAM and 16MB of storage and can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB, this would give users more room to add musics.
It displays a single camera on the back, but not really useful, it is equipped with just 0.3MP with LED flash. According to the information on TEENA, the device can’t do video recording, not even a choppy QVGA video like old Nokia S50 phones. It pretty dissappointing but the LED flash will be useful as flashlight/torch and definitively counts as a feature in a phone of this pedigree.

The device weighs just 88 grams (super light), however, it is a bit thick, though, with 13.1mm considering its battery has only 1,200mAh in size.
There are no information as to when the company will unveil this device. However, HMD planned a series of Nokia Live events as a response to the canceled MWC. While many would be excited to meet the new Nokia XpressMusicdevice, fans will mostlikely neglect it since it will be restricted to 2G networks only.
