I guessed we’ve seen plenty of notched display smartphones since 2018 kicked off, but who could have guessed that Infinix would also join the “league of notch display devices.” Infinix launched the Hot S3 a few months ago and we also saw the Infinix Note 5 few weeks after the launch of Hot S3. Now, however, the Infinix Hot S3 is getting a Successor, Infinix Hot S3X which features a 6.2-inch Notch display.
Infinix Hot S3X falls under the mid-range category smartphone while housing remarkable specs. We all know the Hot S3 sports a Snapdragon chipset, so you sure should be expecting the new line of Infinix Hot S series maintain that processor chip.

Design and Display
The Hot S3 features a 6.2-inch HD+ IPS LCD Notch display with a screen ratio of 19:9. on the front view, you’ll find the earphone, selfie cam accompanied by a led flash.
Like every other Infinix smartphone launched these past few months, the Hot S3X has a glossy finish. you’ll also get a dual-camera setup with led flash on the back view and just beneath it in the middle, the fingerprint sensor is positioned.

Infinix Hot S3X doesn’t really have a cut down in the bezels but it still offers a bigger display. Also, you have the earphone jack on top of the device and both speaker and USB port at the bottom.
Hardware and Software
Infinix Hot S3X sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, Octa-core 1.4 GHz CPU and Adreno 505 GPU. The Snapdragon 430 is definitely not the best but it should do pretty well along with the rest of its features.
Device memory is 3GB/4GB with a storage option of 32GB/64GB and can also be expandable to 128GB through the SD card expansion slot. The device runs the latest Android 8.1 Oreo Os along with the company’s latest custom ROM, the XOS 3.3 Hummingbird.
Camera And Battery
in the camera department, the device boasts a 16-MP AI-powered selfie Camera with soft flash and a dual-camera setup of 13 MP + 2MP with LED flash for the primary.

The device did not get an upgrade from its predecessor in the battery segment, it also maintains a 4000mAh battery and you also get flash charging features to put power back in no time.
Infinix Hot S3X Pricing and Availability
The price of this device is not officially announced but I’m guessing it’ll fall between the range of 60, 000 Naira to 70, 000 or more.

Final words
Although the Infinix Hot S3X is’nt much of an upgrade of its predecessor, it still a good phone to have and you also get the notch addition for those who want to try a device with a different look.
