Infinix has been doing quite well in the African Market, we all know Infinix is committed to bringing new features and technology to its users. Recently, the company announced that it has rolled out an OTA update for the Infinix Note 4 smartphones, which comes with the Face Unlock feature!
Like I said in my previous article, Face recognition is one of the latest techs we see on smartphones today. Even the Tech giants Nokia announced it’ll be rolling out the Face Unlock Features to its devices in coming months. This tech is being adopted by nearly all the smartphone manufacturers because it provides additional security for smartphone users.
This update goes to all Infinix Note 4 users, so you don’t need to worry about when are you going to receive the update, whether new or old users.

How To Update Your Infinix Note 4
You need a stable data connection and enough data to download the update package.
» The update package is just 332MB, so all you have to do is connect to your WiFi network or just turn on your data. You should have a minimum of 500MB on your sim
» Make sure your phone is not rooted to avoid your device getting bricked while updating and also charge your battery to at least 50-60% before proceeding with the software update.
» Now, if you haven’t received the notification to update your device software, simply go to about phone in your settings.

» Click on system update and refresh to see a new update
» Once you see the new update, tap on “Download” to download the package to your SD or Internal storage.
» You’ll get a prompt to reboot and update your software when download is complete, accept and wait or the update to complete.
After successful installation, users will now see and be able to use the Face Unlock feature on their Infinix Note 4 devices.
