Oppo undoubtedly has one of the best fast charge technology for smartphones, it released the 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 rapid technology back in 2019 which currently is the best fast charge technology till date. It can charge a 4000mAh battery from 0 to 100 in just 30 minutes.
If you feel 30 minutes is a long wait to recharge your phone’s battery, then get ready for the next-gen fast-charge technology, Oppo 125W super fast charge. The flash charge technology seems to be on everyone’s radar, Qualcomm recently announced its new Quick Charge 3+ and Vivo also just announced its 120W fast charge technology which according to the company can charge a 4000mAh battery from 0 to 100 in 15min.
Oppo shared a teaser video of the new fast-charge technology on its Twitter page saying ❝If you don’t like waiting to charge, the wait is almost over.❞ The video also revealed the launch date of the new tech to be July 15.

The advancement of the smartphone charging technology is really amazing and although we all want this, unfortunately, it won’t be available for all smartphone categories. Tech like this mostly arrives on premium smartphones or top-end mid-range phones, so, you may need to start saving against the next Oppo premium phone.
Oppo is also reportedly working on an 80W SuperVOOC 3.0 technology, however, the company has not released any official statements on this.
