The Hong Kong-based manufacturer, Tecno has recently introduced two new devices, a new member into its spark series accompanied by a Go edition dubbed “Tecno Spark 4 Air”, and “Tecno Spark Go” in the middle east.
The new Spark devices fall under the entry-level smartphones and share several features. Tecno Spark 4 Air and Spark Go features a vibrant design and comes at a pocket-friendly rate.

Tecno Spark 4 Air and Spark Go features a 6.1 dot notch screen design, with a screen resolution of 1560 x 720 pixels. Both devices share the same look and feel, however, Spark 4 comes with more features which differentiate it from the Go variant.

Both devices are very much alike but the Spark 4 uses a fingerprint sensor while the Go edition doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor, however, it comes with a face unlock feature. The two devices come with gradient design, similar to that of the Phantom 9 device and will be available in Nebula Black and Royal Purple finish.

When you look at both devices closely, you’ll notice both appear to have a dual rear camera panel on the rear but only the Tecno Spark 4 Air has a true dual-rear camera.
Both devices are powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor, the Spark Go will have 16GB of storage and 1GB/2GB of RAM while the Spark 4 Air will come with 32GB of storage with 3G of RAM. Tecno Spark 4 Air and Tecno Spark Go runs the latest Android 9 Pie out of the box along with Tecno owns customized HiOS skin.

The Tecno Spark Go goes for about NGN30, 000 / UGX299, 000 / KSh8, 400 and the Tecno Spark 4 Air goes for around NGN36, 000 / UGX370, 000 / KSh10, 400.
